🔐 Who can order from KC Wholesale Smoke?
KC Wholesale Smoke is a wholesale-only distributor. We supply exclusively to licensed retailers, smoke shops, vape stores, and other authorized resellers. We do not sell to individual consumers.
To purchase, you must:
- Be 21 years or older
- Own or represent a legally licensed business
- Provide a valid business license and EIN or resale certificate
📝 How do I create a wholesale account?
Click “Register” at the top of our website and fill out the wholesale application form. You’ll be asked to upload:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (to verify age)
- A copy of your business license
- Your EIN or reseller certificate
Once submitted, our team will review and approve your account within 1–2 business days.
📦 When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day.
Orders placed:
- After 2:00 PM CT – ship the next business day
- On Saturday or Sunday – ship the following Monday
- On U.S. holidays – ship the next working business day
We ship exclusively via UPS with tracking provided upon dispatch.
🛑 Can I return products?
We accept returns only in the event of:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Manufacturer defects
Returns must be reported within 7 business days of delivery and require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Read our Return Policy for more details.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment options:
- Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- ACH/Bank Transfer (upon request)

📍 Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the continental United States.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes
