All Sales Are Final

We operate as a wholesale supplier, and because many of our products are consumable, age-restricted, or regulated, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

That means we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Kratom products (capsules or tablets)

  • Vaping devices and accessories

  • Any opened, used, or tampered merchandise

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your order arrives with damaged, defective, or incorrect products, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

  3. Keep the original packaging until we resolve the issue

Once verified, we’ll either:

  • Send you a replacement (if available)

  • Offer store credit for future purchases

Important: We cannot process any claim reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier.
For extra protection, consider using a secure shipping address (like a business location).

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, additional fees may apply. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once your order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.
