We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 business days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested and approved before sending any items back

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or credit to your wholesale account, depending on your preference and product availability.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the products we sell, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Disposable vape devices

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products returned without an RMA

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the buyer


🧾 Refunds & Credits

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be credited to your KC Wholesale Smoke account to be used on future purchases. If we determine a refund is necessary, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please:
