π¦ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 7 business days of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested and approved before sending any items back
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or credit to your wholesale account, depending on your preference and product availability.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the buyer

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be credited to your KC Wholesale Smoke account to be used on future purchases. If we determine a refund is necessary, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please:
