Can I Return My Order?

In most cases, no — all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products (age-restricted, consumable, or regulated), we do not accept returns for:

  • Kratom tablets or capsules

  • Opened or used vape products

  • Devices, coils, or accessories once opened

  • Any item not in its original, sealed packaging

This is a standard policy across the smoke and supplement industry to ensure consumer safety and product quality.

What If My Item Is Wrong or Damaged?

We’ll absolutely fix any mistake on our part.

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, AND

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

To start a return request:

  1. Email support@kcwholesalesmoke.com within 48 hours

  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging

  3. Keep all original packaging and labels intact

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A store credit for future orders

  • In rare cases, return instructions (if required)

Return Shipping

If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions. In most cases:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition

We do not accept returns without prior approval. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and discarded.

Missed Deliveries / Wrong Address

If your order is returned to us because:

  • The shipping address was incorrect, OR

  • Delivery was refused, OR

  • No one was available to receive it

We may charge a restocking or reshipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

Exchanges

We do not offer general product exchanges at this time.
