At KC Wholesale Smoke, we strive to provide high-quality smoke and vape products to our verified wholesale partners. Because we are a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped
  • The issue is reported to us within 7 business days of receiving the order
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You have received an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Returns without an RMA or outside the return window will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the products we supply, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used items
  • Disposable vape devices
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Items not stored or handled according to proper guidelines

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@kcwholesalesmoke.com with your order number, business name, and a description of the issue (include photos if applicable).
  2. Our support team will review the request and issue an RMA if the return is approved.
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

KC Wholesale Smoke does not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit or product replacement. Refunds to the original payment method may be issued in rare cases, at our discretion.

🚫 End-Consumer Notice

We are a wholesale-only distributor. We do not accept returns from end consumers. If you are a retailer and your customer has an issue, please resolve it within your own store’s return policy.
