Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Some U.S. states, cities, or counties may have restrictions on kratom or vape-related products. If your shipping address is in a restricted location, we may cancel or adjust your order accordingly.

⚠️ It’s your responsibility to ensure that our products are legal in your area before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment and account verification

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

  • Delays may occur if verification is required (e.g. age confirmation, ID check)

Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order type.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available on request (additional charges apply)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Age-Restricted Shipping

Because we sell kratom and vape-related products, adult signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

If the carrier cannot verify age or no adult is available to sign, the package may be returned — and reshipping charges will apply.

Restricted Locations

We do not ship certain products to the following U.S. states or localities due to legal restrictions:

  • Alabama

  • Arkansas

  • Indiana

  • Rhode Island

  • Vermont

  • Wisconsin

  • San Diego (CA), Sarasota County (FL), and others

This list may change at any time. Orders from restricted areas may be canceled or partially fulfilled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you didn’t receive it, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or building management

  2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly

  3. Email us if the issue remains unresolved

Note: KC Wholesale Smoke is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. We can assist in filing a claim, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If your package is returned due to:

  • Wrong address entered during checkout

  • Refused delivery

  • Failed age verification at delivery

We may charge reshipping fees or a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Larger or pallet-size wholesale orders may require special freight arrangements.
